Michelle Latshang

I’m a proud Pittsburgh native, born and raised in the Steel City. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, which ignited my lifelong passion for wowing people and making them feel truly special.

Over 25 years, I advanced through the hospitality industry across the Northeast—from hands-on guest service to management and event planning roles—where I led teams, orchestrated memorable events, managed operations, and consistently delivered exceptional experiences. In 2021, my husband Jigmed and I relocated to Ohio with our twins, Dante and Carmina, and we now happily call Blue Ash home.

In February 2026, I joined the SIMs team as Office Manager and Dreamweaver, excited to bring that same hospitality expertise and heart to supporting our clients and colleagues in new ways. Family is everything to me—I treasure every moment with Jigmed, Dante, Carmina, and my stepson Giovanni, who visits often and joins us in making wonderful memories together. In my free time, I love experimenting with new recipes—I’m currently on a mission to perfect the ultimate chocolate chip cookie.
