Ashley James

Hi, I'm Ashley James, the new executive assistant here at Sims Investment. I have over 5 years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions with a strong focus on business development. I bring organizational expertise and a passion for fostering meaningful relationships to this role.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati and previously attended the University of Cincinnati for a Bachelor's in Communications. I have built my career around connecting people and creating positive workplace experiences. Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, especially trips to Disney and Universal with my partner, Taylor and my daughter Camila. You may also find me visiting new local farmers markets and cheering on FC Cincinnati from the sidelines!
